Our Builds

Every enclosure, engineered for the storm.

A closer look at the enclosure styles we build across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties — each one reinforced with the same welded aluminum beam technology, whatever the shape.

Open View

Open View Screen Enclosures

Spanning up to 60’ with no middle support post, Open View enclosures give you an uninterrupted line of sight to the pool and backyard beyond. Built on reinforced aluminum beams with welded internal inserts, they carry the same wind rating as our smaller enclosures — just without the post in your way.

Picture Windows and Lanai Refurbishments

Don’t buy a new enclosure — update the one you have. A picture window, fresh coat of paint, and full re-screen can transform an aging cage into something that looks brand new, at a fraction of the cost of a rebuild — and it’s guaranteed to increase the strength of your existing enclosure.

Lanai Extensions

Lanai Extensions, Driveways and More

Extend an existing lanai with matching pavers or concrete and wrap it in screen to gain usable outdoor square footage without the cost of a full home addition. Perfect for outdoor dining, seating areas, or a covered grill station. And your driveway deserves the same craftsmanship — we pour and pave those too, from first impression to backyard oasis.

Custom Enclosures That Stand the Test of Time

No two patios are alike, so no two enclosures should be either. From a compact courtyard lanai to a sprawling waterfront pool deck, we design each enclosure around the shape of your space and the way you actually live in it — built to the same standard whether it’s a quiet reading nook or a full outdoor entertaining area.

Impact Glass

Impact-Rated Windows & Doors

When a hurricane is bearing down, plywood and hope aren’t a plan. Impact windows and doors are rated for Southwest Florida wind loads year-round, storm season or not. In this part of the state, impact glass isn’t an upgrade. It’s the difference between riding out a storm and rebuilding after one.

Classic Style — Modern Approach

Out with the Old — In with the New

A classic standard enclosure was built to the codes of its decade — and those codes have moved on. Our new Open View builds carry reinforced aluminum beams with welded internal inserts, giving them a wind rating the old post-and-panel style was never engineered for. Replacing an aging enclosure with an Open View isn’t just a fresh look — it’s a structural upgrade, built to standards the original never had to meet.
